Unfortunately we aren't typically able to offer combined shipping as the products ship direct from our supplier in Asia and we pay them per item for processing, shipping and handling. WE DO OFFER AN AUTOMATIC $2 PER ADDITIONAL ITEM discount, this goes up the more you buy and if you are interested in quantities of 10 or more please get in touch for a custom quote. We specialize too in large bulk orders where much higher discounts can apply.
We ship by airmail direct from Hong Kong and our shipping costs include order processing, handling, packing materials and other per item fees we have to pay our supplier. We try to explain this in our listings and emails that go out, along with expected shipping times.
We do make sure the overall inclusive price that our customers pay is a VERY good value for the items we offer though.
We cannot make any promises here. It is our (and eBay's) official policy to only allow shipping to the address listed on file. If you need to send an item to an alternate address as a gift, etc. you can send us a message by eBay messaging or include it in a note along with the invoice and we will do our best to help you out. Please understand we cannot be held responsible if we are not able to catch such requests in time before our system processes the order.
While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion (in fact our automated order processing system will have the order being processed at our supplier within 24-48 hours of payment), we are a small home company with only 2 employees and often cannot contact each customer to let them know the status of their order. Although a very informative email will automatically go out as soon as your order ships, unfortunately we cannot offer tracking numbers at this time.
Payments must be made within 7 days of auction closing. If payment has not been received, I will send a payment reminder through ebay. You will have 7 more days or an unpaid item strike will be filed against you. If a situation arises, please contact me and I will try to work with you.

Sorry but we can no longer accept payment by money order. PayPal is our only method of payment - which is more secure and also offers the option of paying by eCheck or direct from your bank. eBay no longer allows money orders as a form of payment.
